    Based on your assessment, a personalized training plan is developed, focusing on key areas that will yield the most improvement. You will also receive personalized videos so you know what to work on and can refer back to it often.

  • Daily 15-Minute Sessions

    Execute your personalized training plan in focused 15-minute daily sessions. Consistency of practice with feedback is critical to success with this program. Commitment is key!
